Step 3

Insert the eight 18 ohm resistors. They will have a color band of Brown Grey Black. Bend the leads at a 90 degree angle before inserting it in the board and remember to point the Gold band toward the top of the board so all the resistors will have the same look.  Turn the board over, solder one end of each lead, turn it back over and ensure that they are all straight before turning over again, soldering the other lead and then trim.
